I would like to hereby thank you for the pragmatic and professional way you organised the band and DJ for our Dinner Dance at the Intercontinental Hotel, Park Lane, last Friday.

All of our guests were particularly impressed with the band, Ray Gelato & The Giants, as you saw from some of the e-mails of appreciation I received and copied you with.

Please also pass on my thanks to your DJ and sound man Lee for an excellent job on the night. The sound was spot-on for a difficult room to prepare for and his choice of music as DJ kept the dance floor busy all night.

Costa and I were pleased to be able to deal with the music side directly with you rather than the event organisers, as it gave all parties a better idea of what was expected and we feel that all our requirements were met fully.
